About Hydrate GA
Anti-Aging, Wellness & Regenerative Care in Athens
For decades, the western medical system has excelled at one specific thing: crisis management. If you suffer a heart attack, a traumatic injury, or an acute infection, the hospital system is miraculous. It saves lives.
Millions of patients fall into the space between “medically stable” and “optimally healthy.” These are the patients struggling with chronic fatigue, nagging joint pain, brain fog, autoimmune inflammation, or the subtle, cumulative effects of aging. For these issues, traditional medicine often offers only symptom management—a prescription to mask the pain or advice to “just rest.”
We believe that you shouldn’t have to wait for a crisis to receive high-level medical attention. We realized that the same clinical precision, rigorous safety standards, and physiological understanding used in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) could be applied to preventative health. By targeting the root source of dysfunction—whether that is cellular dehydration, nutrient malabsorption, or collagen loss—we help your body repair itself before a breakdown occurs.
Hydrate GA started in a luxury resort in Braselton, GA providing IV’s in the day spa. It wasn’t the right fit as a one time treatment on vacation isn’t as impactful as an ongoing relationship. The decision was made to move to Athens, GA where we felt we could make an impact helping the community there. We have had other locations briefly but our Athens location is the heart of Hydrate, GA. By providing quality vitamins and minerals in therapeutic doses we are able to provide services that add value and deliver results.
At Hydrate GA we assist health conscious clients enhance their quality of life with restorative treatments that support the body in a quiet and healing environment.
At Hydrate GA we believe in educated health choices. Our philosophy is one of science backed education and a genuine partnership. We take the time to listen to your concerns and offer solutions by explaining how treatments will benefit you and work together to help you achieve your goals.
Medical safety is not a variable. It is the foundation.
The difference between Hydrate GA and a franchise “drip bar” begins with our leadership. Our practice is founded and led by Lisa Kubiak, RN, a veteran clinician whose career was forged in high-stakes medical environments, not beauty spas.
Lisa received her nursing degree from the Sister’s Hospital School of Nursing in Buffalo, NY. This rigorous training ground set the trajectory for a career defined by precision.
For over 30 years, Lisa worked in Critical Care Nursing. In an NICU setting, a nurse must understand hemodynamics (blood flow), fluid balance, and drug interactions at a granular level. There is no margin for error. A small miscalculation in fluid administration or electrolyte balance can have immediate, life-altering consequences.
It was in this high-pressure environment that Lisa developed the “unwavering commitment to patient safety” that now defines Hydrate GA.
After three decades of treating patients in acute crises, Lisa recognized that many hospitalizations were the end result of chronic, unmanaged depletion. She saw patients whose bodies had simply run out of resources.
Lisa founded Hydrate GA in Athens, GA, with a clear mission: to provide the raw materials the body needs to maintain itself. She focuses on providing personalized solutions for anti-aging, overall wellness, and—crucially—chronic conditions.
Her background allows Hydrate GA to serve a demographic often ignored by the wellness industry. We don’t just treat hangovers; we work with complex cases involving:
Musculoskeletal Pain & Injury
Neuropathy
Autoimmune Disease
Cognitive Disorders
Neurological Conditions
Our clinic in Athens is designed to be comfortable and relaxing, make no mistake: this is a medical practice.
In an unregulated industry where IVs are often administered by inexperienced staff with generic protocols, Lisa Kubiak has established a standard of care that mirrors a hospital setting.
Medicine is changing. We are moving away from the era of “cutting and drugging” and into the era of Regeneration.
Lisa is committed to staying at the forefront of this medical advancement. She continuously researches new modalities to support her clients’ long-term health goals. This is why we have introduced therapies like RPA and stem-cell-derived growth factors to our clinic.
This approach is essential when addressing the complexities of non-surgical pain relief and restorative wellness. We believe the body has an innate intelligence to heal; it often just lacks the chemical signals or raw materials to do so. Our job is to provide those resources.
