About Hydrate GA

Anti-Aging, Wellness & Regenerative Care in Athens

The Gap in Modern Medicine

For decades, the western medical system has excelled at one specific thing: crisis management. If you suffer a heart attack, a traumatic injury, or an acute infection, the hospital system is miraculous. It saves lives.

But there is a gap.

Millions of patients fall into the space between “medically stable” and “optimally healthy.” These are the patients struggling with chronic fatigue, nagging joint pain, brain fog, autoimmune inflammation, or the subtle, cumulative effects of aging. For these issues, traditional medicine often offers only symptom management—a prescription to mask the pain or advice to “just rest.”

Hydrate GA was founded to close that gap.

We believe that you shouldn’t have to wait for a crisis to receive high-level medical attention. We realized that the same clinical precision, rigorous safety standards, and physiological understanding used in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) could be applied to preventative health. By targeting the root source of dysfunction—whether that is cellular dehydration, nutrient malabsorption, or collagen loss—we help your body repair itself before a breakdown occurs.

Company History

Hydrate GA started in a luxury resort in Braselton, GA providing IV’s in the day spa. It wasn’t the right fit as a one time treatment on vacation isn’t as impactful as an ongoing relationship. The decision was made to move to Athens, GA where we felt we could make an impact helping the community there. We have had other locations briefly but our Athens location is the heart of Hydrate, GA. By providing quality vitamins and minerals in therapeutic doses we are able to provide services that add value and deliver results.

The Founder: Lisa Kubiak, RN

Medical safety is not a variable. It is the foundation.

The difference between Hydrate GA and a franchise “drip bar” begins with our leadership. Our practice is founded and led by Lisa Kubiak, RN, a veteran clinician whose career was forged in high-stakes medical environments, not beauty spas.

From Buffalo to Athens: A Career in Critical Care

Lisa received her nursing degree from the Sister’s Hospital School of Nursing in Buffalo, NY. This rigorous training ground set the trajectory for a career defined by precision.

For over 30 years, Lisa worked in Critical Care Nursing. In an NICU setting, a nurse must understand hemodynamics (blood flow), fluid balance, and drug interactions at a granular level. There is no margin for error. A small miscalculation in fluid administration or electrolyte balance can have immediate, life-altering consequences.

It was in this high-pressure environment that Lisa developed the “unwavering commitment to patient safety” that now defines Hydrate GA.

The Shift to Proactive Care

After three decades of treating patients in acute crises, Lisa recognized that many hospitalizations were the end result of chronic, unmanaged depletion. She saw patients whose bodies had simply run out of resources.

Lisa founded Hydrate GA in Athens, GA, with a clear mission: to provide the raw materials the body needs to maintain itself. She focuses on providing personalized solutions for anti-aging, overall wellness, and—crucially—chronic conditions.

Her background allows Hydrate GA to serve a demographic often ignored by the wellness industry. We don’t just treat hangovers; we work with complex cases involving:

Musculoskeletal Pain & Injury

Neuropathy

Autoimmune Disease

Cognitive Disorders

Neurological Conditions

The Hydrate GA Standard: This Is Not a Spa

Our clinic in Athens is designed to be comfortable and relaxing, make no mistake: this is a medical practice.

In an unregulated industry where IVs are often administered by inexperienced staff with generic protocols, Lisa Kubiak has established a standard of care that mirrors a hospital setting.

  • 1. The Purity Pledge

We believe that what you put into your body determines the quality of the output. Many commercial IV franchises use cheap ingredients in small doses, often containing preservatives to extend shelf life.

At Hydrate GA, we refuse to compromise on quality. All of our IV therapies are formulated to be:

    • Vegan: Sourced without animal by-products.
    • Gluten-Free: Safe for our Celiac and autoimmune patients.
    • Preservative-Free: We do not inject unnecessary chemicals into your bloodstream.

Every drip is custom-blended for your specific physiology. We treat the infusion with the same respect as a medication administration in a hospital.

  • 2. Acute Care Precision in Intake

We do not guess. Before a needle ever touches your skin, we conduct a thorough medical history review.

Because of Lisa’s critical care background, we understand the nuance of fluid dynamics. We screen for contraindications—such as heart failure, kidney dysfunction, or specific medication interactions—that untrained providers might miss. This ensures that your treatment is not only effective but strictly safe.

  • 3. Personalized Attention

Healthcare has become impersonal. Appointments are rushed; questions are dismissed. Lisa’s goal is to help people feel their best by delivering a high level of care in a personal and committed way.

When you are in our Suite, you are not a number. We listen to your symptoms. We track your progress. If you are training for a marathon on the Firefly Trail, we adjust your electrolyte ratios. If you are battling a flare-up of rheumatoid arthritis, we modify your anti-inflammatory protocol.

The Philosophy: Root Cause Resolution

Our clinical approach is defined by one question: “What is the source of the dysfunction?”

Lisa integrates advanced therapies to target the source rather than simply managing the symptoms. This comprehensive strategy allows her to explore the potential of Regenerative Care.

Beyond Symptom Management

The Symptom: Joint Pain

  • Traditional Approach

Cortisone shots to mask the pain (which can degrade tissue over time) or surgery.

  • The Hydrate GA Approach

Regenerative Protein Array (RPA). We use growth factor signaling to instruct the joint to repair the damaged tissue structure, aiming to resolve the pain by fixing the problem.

The Symptom: Chronic Fatigue

  • Traditional Approach

Caffeine or stimulants that stress the adrenal glands.

  • The Hydrate GA Approach

IV Nutrition Therapy. We deliver B12 and mitochondrial support directly to the cells, bypassing the digestive barrier to restore natural energy production (ATP).

The Symptom: Aging Skin

  • Traditional Approach

Invasive surgery or topical creams that sit on the surface.

  • The Hydrate GA Approach

ProCell™ Microchanneling and Cosmetic Injectables. We stimulate the body’s own collagen factories to rebuild the skin matrix from the inside out.

The Future is Regenerative

Medicine is changing. We are moving away from the era of “cutting and drugging” and into the era of Regeneration.

Lisa is committed to staying at the forefront of this medical advancement. She continuously researches new modalities to support her clients’ long-term health goals. This is why we have introduced therapies like RPA and stem-cell-derived growth factors to our clinic.

This approach is essential when addressing the complexities of non-surgical pain relief and restorative wellness. We believe the body has an innate intelligence to heal; it often just lacks the chemical signals or raw materials to do so. Our job is to provide those resources.
